​At Innect Electronics, we want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. As we deal in premium brands like Hikvision, CP Plus, and Dahua, we follow a transparent return and refund process from our base in Chittorgarh, Rajasthan.

​1. Return & Replacement Window
​Customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or replacement.
​Requests made after 7 days will not be eligible for a return, but may still be covered under the manufacturer’s brand warranty.

​2. Valid Reasons for Return
You can request a return or replacement if:
​The product is received in a physically damaged condition.
​The product is defective or not functioning as described.
​The product delivered is different from what was ordered (wrong model/color).
​Any parts or accessories are missing from the package.

​3. Return Eligibility
​The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and manuals intact.
​The product must be unused and not installed (especially for CCTV and Access Control systems).
​The original invoice must be included.

​4. Return Shipping Cost (Important)
​Defective/Damaged Items: If the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product, Innect Electronics will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.
​Change of Mind: For returns where the product is not defective, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping.

​5. Refund Process & Timeline
​Inspection: Once we receive the product at our Chittorgarh facility, our technical team will inspect it within 48 hours.
​Approval: We will notify you via email/WhatsApp regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
​Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (UPI, Bank Transfer, or Credit/Debit Card).
​Refund Timeline: Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account.

​6. Non-Returnable Items
​Software products or licensed access codes once activated.
​Items showing signs of physical abuse or intentional damage.
​Products with tampered serial numbers or broken seals.
